At eklektic jewelry studio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our custom jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite what you were expecting. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receipt of your order.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable, sorry.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.

We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
